Please educate yourself on local customs and import duties. We are located in the European Union. You may be subject to pay import duties or other taxes if you are located outside of the European Union, as we will not pay them. 

Clients located in the USA will not, however, be subject to import fees as the shipments will be delivered duty paid. We collect the duties fees during the checkout process and remit them to our carrier DHL, who remits them to the US.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

You MUST contact us before returning an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, with the word RETURN clearly marked on the proof of purchase and on the outer shipment packaging/customs declaration.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
