ORDERING
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Discover and more.
We also accept PayPal and Bank Transfer.
We use secure payment processors including PayPal and Stripe.
What to do if I made a mistake in my shipping address/order?
Please contact us immediately using our Contact Formand we will make any necessary amendments.
What are the policies regarding customs, duties, VAT and fees?
When you order from a country within the EU, you pay a final price and no other fees are added. If you order from a country outside of the EU, you may be liable to pay VAT, customs duties, taxes and handling fees when you receive the package. These fees are charged by the postal service in operation. These fees are not associated with Lukze and we will not be held liable for them. Please contact your local customs authority for more details and inform yourself about local regulations before ordering. Returned packages will be charged a non-refundable handling fee plus return shipping fees we incur as a result.
What does pre-order/back-order mean?
Both pre-order and back-order are ways to guarantee a product is reserved for you. Such as a high demand or Limited Edition product.
Pre-order means that the particular item chosen has not yet been released and is expected to be released on the advertised date. The item will be reserved for you until it is released. When an item shows as pre-order status you can simply add this to your cart, and pay the full amount for the purchase. You will then be sent your order as soon as the item is available - you will be emailed during the whole process to keep you updated.
Back-order means that the item is either made after we receive your order (special request/customised products) or that it is out of stock but the components are already in the process of being made. As soon as the product is back in stock it will be shipped out to your address - you will be emailed during the whole process to keep you updated.

Does Lukze ship internationally?
Yes, we aim to ship to every country worldwide.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days (MO-FR) unless you are notified otherwise by a member of our team, or if the item is out of stock or a pre-order.
Delivery times vary on the destination country. As a guidline you should receive your order within 1-3 days (Germany) 3-7 days (Europe) and 5-28 days (Rest of World).

From where are the items shipped?
We ship all products from central Germany.
Can I pay for an express shipping service?
We do not yet offer specialised 'express', 'guaranteed' or 'next day' shipping options. However, we partner with DHL Paket and the shipping lead times are very fast for a modest price.
Please purchase gifts well in advance of the occasion.
RETURNS
What is Lukze's returns policy?
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the date you received your package. Please read our shipping policy here or contact our Customer Service for further information on how to proceed, if you have already received your order.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective item?
We strongly recommend that you, as a customer, control that the item is correct and flawless when you receive your delivery. If you have received the wrong item or if it is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.
