Bracelet Size Chart
To measure your wrist you will need a flexible measuring tape to wrap around your wrist.
When measuring your wrist, keep the tape as close to your hand as possible. This size is your actual wrist size. Then add the width of the bracelet beads. Finally, add some length for fit.For example: your wrist measures 18cm. Add 8mm if purchasing a Shamballa bracelet.
Finally, add 5mm to the length for a tight fit or add 10mm to the length for a loose fit.
This is your final bracelet length required: 18cm + 0.8cm + 0.5cm = 19.3cm. You should choose size M.

Use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string next to a ruler to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.
