To measure your wrist you will need a flexible measuring tape to wrap around your wrist.

When measuring your wrist, keep the tape as close to your hand as possible. This size is your actual wrist size. Then add the width of the bracelet beads. Finally, add some length for fit.

For example: your wrist measures 18cm. Add 8mm if purchasing a Shamballa bracelet.
Finally, add 5mm to the length for a tight fit or add 10mm to the length for a loose fit.
This is your final bracelet length required: 18cm + 0.8cm + 0.5cm = 19.3cm. You should choose size M.

Use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string next to a ruler to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

You MUST contact us before returning an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, with the word RETURN clearly marked on the proof of purchase and on the outer shipment packaging/customs declaration.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Care & Maintenance

Keep you jewellery away from water. Do not immerse. Consider removing during intensive sport.
Do not wear your jewellery while sleeping.
Clean with a soft cloth. For 925 Sterling Silver parts that have naturally tarnished over time, use a special jewellery polish cloth.
Store each piece seperately in a jewellery box to avoid scratching. Store in an air-tight bag to avoid tarnishing of non-plated 925 Sterling Silver.
Remove before entering pools, hot tubs, baths, going to the beach, taking a shower, using abrasive cleaners, etc.
Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals. Apply beauty products before wearing your jewellery. Chemicals may damage the finish.
